Let's work together

This work is a collaboration.

You are the expert in your own life. No one can walk your path for you, and the answers that
truly matter must become your own. At the same time, you do not have to walk alone.

My role is to accompany and support you—offering tools, practices, and knowledge gathered
through my own path, in service of guiding you back to your own inner wisdom.

1:1 Accompaniment

Weekly, grounded, in-depth support for a meaningful process of change.

A one-to-one online space for people moving through a meaningful process of healing, change, sensitivity, or inner awakening. Sessions take place weekly over Zoom, usually in a rhythm of three consecutive weeks followed by one week of rest, ideally aligned with the new moon—because healing is supported not only by movement, but by pause and integration.

We begin with a first session dedicated to understanding what is bringing you here. From there, the work unfolds according to your process, helping bring clarity to the patterns and deeper movements that shape your experience. Most people reach their main objectives within six to nine months of continuous work.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF

You're going through a difficult moment, the past still weighs on you, or your emotional and spiritual sensitivity feels hard to hold alone—and you value both scientific rigor and the deeper dimensions of life.

Format:
Weekly 1-hour Zoom sessions

Rhythm:
3 weeks on, 1 week rest

Typical length:
6–9 months

Ceremony Preparation & Integration

A 9-month process: preparation, navigation, and integration.

A plant ceremony is not only a moment—it is a process. How you prepare, the inner resources you bring, and how you integrate the experience afterward will largely shape its real impact on your life. Without preparation and integration, what is revealed can feel confusing or overwhelming, or simply fade without taking root.

We begin with an initial session exploring your situation together, then move through three moments: preparation, navigation, and integration—translating what you live into habits, decisions, and lasting transformation.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF

You feel genuinely called to work with ancestral medicine and want to approach that path with respect, preparation, and willingness to integrate what it asks of you.

Duration:
9 months

Three phases:
Preparation · Navigation · Integration

I do not provide medicine or facilitate plant ceremonies. I only vouch for medicine keepers I personally know and work with.

Tribe Gathering Circles

Biweekly online group work, grounded in systemic principles.

A 2-hour online group space to do inner work alongside others. There is something powerful about not being alone in the process—about being seen, listening to others, and recognizing parts of yourself in what moves through the group. This is not a support group or sharing circle; it's a guided group methodology grounded in systemic principles and inspired by Indigenous group practices, designed so everyone present becomes part of what unfolds.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF

You want to share, listen, and be listened to—without committing to a fixed weekly therapeutic structure. A space where presence with others lets your own experience move and expand.

Schedule:
Every two weeks
Wednesdays, 5pm Lisbon

Format:
Online, group

Workshops

Meditation, temazcal, and healing gatherings on the land.

In central Portugal, near the ancient mountain village of Monsanto and not far from Serra da Estrela, we are growing a retreat space on a piece of land that feels powerful, quiet, and deeply alive. Here, we are beginning to offer meditation workshops, temazcal ceremonies, and healing gatherings connected to the land, the body, the elements, and the medicine path.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF

You want to explore meditation, presence, and embodied practice in a collective, experiential way, supported by nature and shared with others.

Retreats

Private, trust-based, and not open to the general public.

Some processes need more than a session—they need time, land, silence, and a space held with care. The retreats we coordinate are private and carefully held; we only work with healers and medicine keepers we have known for many years. They are usually offered only to people I have already accompanied, or with whom we have first taken time to build real trust.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF

You feel called to a deeper immersion and understand this kind of work must be approached with respect, care, and patience.

By relationship, not open enrollment

Common questions

FAQ

Is this therapy?

My work has roots in psychology and systemic understanding, but it is not confined to a traditional therapeutic frame. Indigenous ancestral wisdom and the medicine path are equally living roots—alongside meditation, energetic work, NLP, and coaching. Every person is a universe.

Do I need to be spiritual to work with you?

No. You do not need to identify as spiritual or follow any particular path. Openness, honesty, and a willingness to engage your process are enough.

How do I know which service is right for me?

You don't need to be completely sure before reaching out. Send an email sharing what you're looking for, and I can help clarify which space may be the best fit.

How long does a 1:1 process usually last?

Each process has its own rhythm, but most people reach their main objectives within six to nine months of continuous work.

Do you facilitate plant medicine ceremonies?

No. I do not provide medicine and I do not facilitate plant medicine ceremonies. My role is limited to preparation and integration.

Is the group work a support group?

No. The group space is a guided process grounded in systemic principles and inspired by Indigenous group practices—not a support group or sharing circle.

Is this suitable if I'm in crisis or need urgent help?

This work is not designed as emergency or crisis support. If you are in acute distress or need urgent psychiatric or medical attention, please seek immediate local professional support.
